With Continue with Apple (iPhone) or Continue with Google. Haus asks you to sign in before you start, and there is no email and password login.

Open Settings, tap Delete Account at the bottom, then Erase everything. This removes your account, projects, profile and preferences and can't be undone. It doesn't cancel a subscription: do that in the App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions. Or open your Google Play subscriptions directly.

Apple and Google handle refunds under their own policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or from your Google Play order history.

Tap the menu on a project card and choose Duplicate, then change the format, template or music on the copy. The same menu has Edit and Delete.

Yes. In the preview, tap Branding to turn the logo, the watermark (a faded copy of your logo in the middle of the frame) or the closing scene on or off for that video.

In the Audio screen, tap Voice-over and hold the record button while you speak. You can set the music and voice-over volumes there too.

Haus needs a voice to write from. If the project has none, it asks you to turn on the sound of a shot or add a voice-over first.

The share screen has buttons for the apps installed on your phone, plus More for everything else.

Rendering needs free space roughly twice the size of your clips. Free some space and export again.

Open Settings, tap Language under Preferences and pick one of more than 30 languages. Some come in regional versions, such as Brazilian and European Portuguese.

On your phone. They aren't uploaded anywhere, so logging out or deleting your account erases them. Export and save the videos you want to keep first.

Haus is free to download. Exporting the finished video needs Haus PRO: when you tap Export Video without it, the upgrade screen opens.

Sign in to Haus, open the upgrade screen (the PRO button, or tap Export Video) and use its restore option. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Yes. Every project is saved on the Projects tab. Unfinished ones carry an Unfinished label and pick up where you left off; finished ones open in the preview, where you can change anything and export again.

Set them once on the Branding tab. Your logo appears on every video that uses a template with a logo, and the closing scene shows your name and phone.

In the preview, tap Audio, then pick a track from the built-in library, curated for real estate videos, or choose No music.

Tap Subtitles in the preview and Haus writes them from the voice in your clips or voice-over. Tap a line to fix a word, then Save. The settings button lets you regenerate them or delete them all.

Tap Save video on the share screen. Haus saves it to an album called Haus. If the button asks for photo access, allow it in your phone's settings.

Keep Haus open and your phone plugged in, and don't lock the screen. Long projects with many clips take longer on older phones.

Check that Haus has camera and microphone permission in your phone's settings.
